The Town of Moreland will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 30, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Moreland Town Hall. The purpose of the public hearing will be to receive public comment regarding a recommendation of the Planning Commission concerning the following map amendment to the Town of Moreland Zoning Ordinance: Rezone the property located at 2794 South US Highway 29 in the Town of Moreland and further identified as parcel number M01 0001 009 from its current zoning of Single Family Residential (R-2) to General Commercial (GC). A copy of the rezoning application and the Planning Commission recommendation will be on file for public review in the office of the Town Clerk.
